The rules of the road for using Markuva
01.Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Markuva, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
02.What Markuva Provides
Markuva is an AI-powered platform that generates brand identity kits including strategy, visual identity, brand voice, logos, and content.
- AI-generated brand kits with strategy, visual identity, and voice guidelines
- Logo generation and post-processing (transparent, dark, icon, mono, favicons)
- AI Brand Consultant (chat interface with brand context)
- Creative Studio for generating branded visuals and mockups
- Content Intelligence for automated content script generation and delivery
03.Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- You must not share your account credentials
- We may suspend accounts that violate these terms
04.Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe.
- Free tier includes 1 brand kit and 50 credits/month
- Paid plans auto-renew monthly until cancelled
- Credits reset monthly and do not roll over
- You can cancel anytime from your Settings page
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days
05.Intellectual Property
What you create is yours. What we built is ours.
- You own all brand kits, logos, and content generated through Markuva
- You grant us a limited license to host and display your content within the platform
- The Markuva platform, code, UI, and AI prompts remain our intellectual property
- Agency tier users may use generated content for client work (white-label)
06.Acceptable Use
Don't use Markuva for anything harmful or illegal.
- No generating content that infringes on trademarks or copyrights
- No creating deceptive or fraudulent brand identities
- No automated scraping or abuse of AI generation endpoints
- No reselling Markuva-generated content as a competing service
- No attempting to reverse-engineer our AI prompts or systems
07.Limitations & Disclaimers
Markuva is provided as-is.
- AI-generated content may not always be perfect — review before using commercially
- We do not guarantee logo uniqueness or trademark clearance
- Service availability may vary — we target 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee it
- We are not liable for business decisions made based on AI-generated content
08.Termination
Either party can end this relationship.
- You can delete your account at any time from Settings
- We may terminate accounts that violate these terms with notice
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days
- Export your brand kits before deleting your account
